How COMP eDoctor works.
1. First, decide what daily behavior you want to cultivate. If nothing springs to mind you can pick from an assortment of suggestions at GoodRabbits.com.
2. Then enter a description of your chosen behavior into COMP eDoctor, plus notes about your motivation and how frequently you plan to do it.
3. Then invite a friend to take the role of eDoctor who will track your results on a daily basis, and encourage you on a dedicated in-app chat channel.
